It is obvious that deleting accounts and emails that could prove purchases from players is a mistake. Did you send anyone such an email at all?ĥ. But if I had received any such email, I would have noticed it before deleting it. In my mailbox right now I don't have any email about imminent delete-account danger. You delete accounts and payment emails and you want others to believe that you don't accept the fact that players delete these emails after they received the in-game rewords at the end of this instant transaction?Ĥ. Is there any reason to delete all the purchase confirmation emails and keep data only for redeem codes when you had purchases without redeem codes?ģ. (I asked in support many times if they had deleted accounts without back-up but they didn't say anything at all).Ģ. Why did you delete customer accounts without back-ups? After I forward the email as proof that I had account and was spending money on it, if there was anywhere a back-up I would be able to get my old account. It is very funny that I, who had no reason to do so at all, had to keep the confirmation emails of purchases, but the company could delete these emails and also the user accounts without problem.Īfter a new conversation with the support team, I know some things and I want an answer if possible, from someone in charge of the game.ġ. Now I had evidence that I had an account and that I was spending money in the game. Hopefully, I found after searching my emails, that by mistake I hadn't deleted 5 of the purchase confirmation emails. But support only cared about repeating that I am not in their system at all). (At that point I have to mention, that if the support team was trying to help, I am sure they would have asked if I had any email proofs. Via mobile purchases, only these emails would be proof for them. I delete unnecessary emails from my mail box. (I bought a battery for my old phone just to figure out that the mobile messages text, doesn’t mean anything to them. So practically I couldn't prove any in-game purchase. (Mobile purchases don't work with redeem codes). Although I have spent 150 Euros in a long time period, I know an exact day I had spend 85 Euros via mobile purchases but as I understood, the only purchases that they kept data from are these with redeem codes. I had to name an in-game friend as proof I was playing it.Īs for the payments, they asked for redeem codes. I asked for support and they told me that I am not in their system at all, so they don’t even know if I had ever played the game. When I tried to log-in on December 2017, I found that my account had been deleted. My last log-in at the game was on January 2017. On December 2017 when I saw that Hex was available to buy at the Steam store, I asked (via support) my account to be linked to steam. I am a Hex player who has spent hundreds of hours and 150 Euros in the game.
